A HIGH ACADEMIC STANDARD
Residents learn with daily integrated in-person and online faculty supported didactics, weekly journal club, and benefit from following the OrthoBullets 360 curriculum and AAOS Resident Orthopaedic Core Knowledge Program. As part of Michigan State University Statewide Campus System, residents meet for monthly Grand Rounds with nationally renowned speakers and collaborate with other area programs.
DAILY DIDACTICS
Faculty supported, resident driven didactics are the foundation of our academic curriculum. We meet every morning at 6 AM for a resident or attending led lecture with integrated board-style questions and discuss test taking skills. The days cases are reviewed followed by indications conference.

JOURNAL CLUB
Residents and Faculty stay current with weekly Journal Club on Tuesday mornings. The sometimes lively discussions are an opportunity for all to learn and grow their practice and knowledge. Former residents occasionally give back by presenting their published peer-reviewed original scientific articles to our program.
